My Favorite Girl & Alzheimer's & Kaylin's Caring Konnection, Inc. are teaming up for a 1-Day Conference that will educate, equip, and empower you to fight and win the battle against Alzheimer's and other dementias. As Caregivers for the past almost 8 years to my mother who is living with Alzheimer's dementia, one thing we're passionate about is helping to make others aware of the disease and it's affect on those living with it and their care partners; and providing as much education and resources as we can to help others as they navigate their own journey. That's what this 1-day conference is all about!
